These cottages occupy valuable land and may not be around for long. My interest in residential scale and land use that began when I was creating my SVA MFA thesis work 20 years ago aligned with the light and shadow muse at this spot. Painted Saturday, August 13 beneath a tree on 78th street as part of Artists Paint Ocean City, Maryland.
