Apple Blossom

A blooming apple tree for me is a symbol of youth and rejuvenation. It is also symbolic of long life, and "it stands for the concept of life continuing, even after we endure a 'death' during the winter of our lives." And a full blossom is a sign of good things to come.
I painted it over several sessions on location (in fact, on a roof of a building) to capture the energy and feel of the scene.
