Icy Cascade

This mammoth waterfall, mostly frozen with one powerful, slushy, area of flow took my breath away. The challenge for me was to convey the areas that were frozen from the free flowing water with edge work, and to capture the most as well as the splash were the falls met the water below. I used the frozen snow covered foreground to direct the eye in to this area.
