The parallel universe

This piece was done in acrylic and oil paint. The inspiration came from stories and books about the world that is unseen to a regular human eye. My piece tells a story about the universe that is hidden but can be seen by some such as children whose mind is open. The little girl sitting at the bottom of the tree has some light coming from her hands implying that she’s holding something sacred and bright, perhaps a star or a light orb. And the tree has planets surrounding it like such of a fruit on a tree, it symbolizes the tree of life that gives birth to not only planets but universes.
