To Eternity

This painting was created using a combination of watercolor and gauche mediums. Inspired by a photo I took on vacation in 2014 on the relaxing sands on Eternity Beach, Oahu. There is nothing more grounding than listening to the waves beat against the shore with course sand beneath your feet. Whenever I look at this painting it serves as a portal to my past, revisiting that memory over and over.
