Looking Back

This painting represents a turning point for me in my art. It’s taken me a while to get to this point, but I clearly see my evolution now. I understand my medium so much more and there’s no looking back. I am determined to continue learning and pushing myself to places I never imagined possible. I chose to use only two colors in this painting because together they granulate a little, which allows them to play with each other and creating that glow that the classical definition of impressionism usually has.
