On a late autumn evening, from the hill top of the Sacré Coeur in Paris, I was struck by the moody tonal glow of the City of Lights as it highlighted Notre Dame in the distance. The title is French and translates to Notre Dame in light. This piece was painted in the studio after a trip to France.
